Hotel is located at the non high end part of Bukit Bintang which you would appreciate if you are into bustling night life and crowds. Staff are consistently friendly all the time and the rooms are large and modern.
Would stay here again the next time I am at KL.

Room not well maintained, broken dryer, splinter under table, broken electrical outlets, bed in the living room with no blankets although advertised as sleep 7, broken bathroom door, average cleanliness. Overall still livable. Couldn't see petronus twin tower from the infinity pool, false advertisement.

I didn’t have an hairdryer in our I asked at reception for one 5.30pm it still hadn’t been delivered by 8pm. Called reception from room to ask where it was. A gentleman came to bring said hairdryer only to barge in the room saying he wanted to check that it wasn’t in the place it should have been. ...
