"Location is ok but overall I wouldn't come here again. Owner doesn't meet the guests. House is not used for quite long so furniture is dusty and porch is not swept (had to do it myself). Kitchen and bathrooms are not clean. Water pressure is low and no water supply in the hoses in the bathrooms. Washing machine is dirty and the kitchen floor is sticky. The lower kitchen cabinets have lots of broken cement and sand(apparently from a an incomplete work). The dish rack in the kitchen is rusty....

"This was by far one of the dirtiest and most unpleasant hotels we’ve ever stayed in. We booked it based on the 9.0 rating but shocked to see the poor hotel & room condition. We booked a room for 6 people but were given a room meant for 4. When we raised this with the owner, he suggested that two kids could simply sleep on the floor since they had no rollaway beds or even extra comforters available. Out of the two AC units in the room, only one worked. The bathroom had a strong sewer odor that made it completely unusable, and the smell even carried into the bedroom despite keeping the door closed. While the front desk staff was polite, they were not helpful in addressing any of these issues...ended up calling the owner which was not helpful at all. Due to the poor conditions, we checked out the very next day."

"Updated - 15/10/2024 *Cons* Wifi quite slow and bad connection. We use mobile hotspot to connect to the sharp android tv to get the channel. However the staff did send staff to fix it and only can connect to the tv. Other smarrphone and laptop cant connect at all. You must use own mobilespot to do your work task. Master bedroom lock and toilet lock not working properly. Once lock, it quite difficult to unlock it back. Toilet not clean and quite slippery even the floor was dry. We need clean it before use at convenienced. *Pros* Cozy bedroom and mattress. Spacious and beautiful living area. Good utensils and kitchen appliances prepared. Really convenience for guest. Natural environment in-house and cozy furniture provided. Really gave feeling such in guest own house. Got additional service such washer machine and fridge for guest, really outstanding value added service by owner. Excellent👍"
