The staff, property, and food were great! The views and location were perfect for a breathtaking getaway. Would definitely visit here again!

We loved this hotel. The front desk staff were so kind and helpful - they guided us to great hikes and wonderful massages. We are on our honeymoon and they decorated the room special for us as a surprise - rose petals and champagne - so kind and thoughtful! The hotel is at a convenient location across the street from the gondola lift to Oeschinensee, so it can get a little busy during the day - great for people watching. Overall a very quiet and cozy location; we had a great view of the mountain and waterfalls from our balcony. Also, the hotel had the cutest alpine rabbits that reside on the property!

Hotel was in a good location and well kept. Food options were expensive and lower quality, particularly vegetarian option.

Great place. Dining room charged a lot for just an ok meal. I would stay again but would try other locations for dinner.

La chambre n'avait rien a voir avec la photo. Elle etait cependant spacieuse ce qui etait agréable avec des enfants. Le problème est le manque d'insonorisation et le fait que sur les 4 savons disposés dans la chambre, aucun n'avait été rempli donc pas de savon pour se doucher. Le staff est par contre exceptionnel et nous avons été très bien servis.

Idéalement placé pour la randonnée jusqu’au Lac Oeschinen. On a apprécié le hot pot même s’il est payant. Seul bémol; pas de fondue au menu du soir, mais le déjeuner est excellent.
