"I've paid online for a separate room. Once I arrived I noticed that there is no available room for me. As alternative they bring me to the other guesthouse far away from this place. The new place had broken wi-fi, there was no any infrastructure near the guesthouse. The back way I've been forced to be paid by myself."

"We had such a wonderful stay at Cassendra Kandy. From checking in to a spotless and very well set out room, amazing breakfast to exceptional staff. There is not one thing we could complain about.
