โThe property was very beautiful and peaceful. The room service was good too. They helped us with the late checkin and luggage till the top floor where the room was. The lady at the reception was very welcoming. Overall a very good experience. โ

โGreat stay at Cinnamon Citadel Kandy. Great clean spacious comfy rooms. Staff were amazing in all areas. Great drinks and buffet. Great chilling around the pool with plenty of comfy day beds. Would definitely stay again.

โWorst experience ever, I booked and paid online but when I reached the property they said they let someone else to stay and can't make them leave, so asked me to go and find different property for that night and ask me to come back and stay next day, my family and kids all are left in the street. I would not recommend this property to anyoneโ
