I was pleased although the breakfast was not much to desire. Late arrival and I was looking for water. Water was warm and had bad lemons in it. Manager was nice and he helped with an email. I appreciated that so much.

The TV didn't work and they just gave me liip service about fixing it but nothing ever got done. The first night there one of the guests had their car stolen. Because of the lack of TV we decided to leave early but they refused to refund the money for the night we didn't stay and never offered any compensation for the lack of a usable TV. I only had one person on staff I talked to that actually spoke understandable English. Over all a very poor experience and I will not be staying at any Days Inn again.

The property was in a good location and the beds were comfy. Our poor experience started by getting out in a room that was occupied by another guest who we walked in on while he was sleeping. We got reassigned a room which had a dirty bandaid on the vanity shelf. The property was in ill repair and had a busted in door near the elevator of the third floor. In addition, the hallways were not vacuumed, the staff butted in front of us at the waffle station, and the people above is were so noisy we could hear every footstep. Comfort Inn, you can do better!!

The staff was very helpful. The kids loved the pool and the slide. The breakfast was great with plenty of options. I'd stay there again. It was very busy and the staff still made it great! Very friendly!

The night shift either from Colorado (didn’t get his name), SUPER helpful and so polite!! Room has patch spots that hadn’t been painted. Shower curtain was too small and water would spray out into the bathroom floor. Pool was not open. Breakfast was ok- standard eggs, bacon and biscuits

Great stay.

Great experience! Loved the front desk staff and breakfast staff was great as well. We had waffles, cereal, sausage, bacon, eggs, yogurt and fresh fruit for breakfast. There were also pastry options. The pool was heated and the kids had a blast going down the slide. Will definitely be using this hotel in the future.

In the room, the vent fan in the bathroom sounded like a blade was bent, and even with it off, periodically it would make a clicking sound. There were two long black hairs in the bed, the air conditioning unit did not work properly… When I set it on 69° it was freezing and went I turned it up to 70°, it was burning up in there. The bathroom door did not open all of the way. The hook on the back of the bathroom door fell off. There was hair in the sink and on the commode seat. The chairs in the dining room were literally coming apart, and the eggs for breakfast were sitting in a soup, which was really gross. Cash and Heidi were very polite but the woman that checked me in and the woman that checked me out were very rude. My daughter-in-law‘s smoke detector started going off/chirping, and when a maintenance man came to fix it, he brought the wrong batteries and never came back with the correct one. Her room was damp and very dirty, especially the bathtub. The pool was disgusting! It definitely needs chlorine added, and to be shocked, it was so cloudy you couldn’t even see the bottom. There were no towels, and we had to ask the front desk for some. I was extremely disappointed and will be visiting KC very often, but will not return to comfort Inn and suites at this location.
