"Room and staff were excellent."

"I didn't even stay and sleep the room I had 289 had a blood stain in front of the bathroom. The couch is black from grease all on the arm rest. The TV is to small for the room but would have been bearable if the security had came with a working remote. The blankets were not clean as I found hairs and stains on both along with mattress stains and tears in the bed skirt. Morning wrong with being hotel that's not modernized but this place is beyond accurate as described. "

"Yes the breakfast was good and the a/c did work and keep tge room cool. "

"The hotel is not well kept in terms of cleaning. The room had a strong mold smell. Cleaning left much to be desired with hair on the bed and the bathroom was not really clean. Overall I was not satisfied with my stay. "

"This is always our go to place when we have an early flight out of Kansas City. The staff is always friendly. The rooms are clean and the price is great. Love the restaurant/bar too."

"The staff were great and courteous. The property was really nice, I especially loved the robes in the room and the gym was amazing. I wish I had more time to enjoy the different areas. I only ate from the hotel restaurant once for lunch -salmon but it was really good though of course felt a little overpriced for the portion size. It was still filling though. "
