The staff here is fantastic- from front desk to maintenance. There were some very difficult guests during our stay and the hotel handled their many demands and rudeness extremely well. Because many people were there for the same event there was an for each morning when breakfast was overcrowded and ran out of eggs, coffee, and water. The rooms were quiet and comfortable and has a great view of the city. There area is safe and very close to the city’s free streetcar which we rode to every stop and at all hours without incident (runs 6 am to midnight)- no need to rent a car/ pay for parking and the hotel is in a great location- very easy to ride to Crown Center, Power and Light, museums, plaza shopping, or walk to the convention center. Rooms have kitchens and Walmart and Whole Foods (Amazon) both deliver to the hotel. Highly recommend staying here.

Nice hotel. Excellent location that is close to all of the downtown activities, Power & Light district, & T Mobile Center. Parking garage is conveniently located right behind the property. The room was very spacious & clean. The only complaint I had is that the breakfast could have been a little better. Would stay here again.

Room suites were extremely comfortable. Multiple complimentary breakfast choices and expansive seating area. Only complaint about the room was that the tv was secured to a desk always facing the bed, so watching from the sitting area of room wasn't an option.
