"Estos demasiado satisfecha con mi estancia en el Hotel, sus trabajadores excelentes, la limpieza y la habitación impecable el servicio de housekeeping excelente su atención, el desayuno muy bueno y el servicio también me encantó yo he ido a distintas instalaciones pero esta ha superado mis expectativas lo recomiendo le doy un 1000/10"

"The room was not clean, lots of dead bugs around the room. Carpet was dirty. The control was missing the back of it and we found it in the back of the bed. The thermostat has tape holding it… The wall seem to have blood. The light feature did not work."

"My first room had hair in the shower. No one was available to clean it so got my room switched. Second room bathroom was not clean. Shower had red soap build up in the corners hair on the floor and a small clip of dirt in the back on the ledge. Shower head was loose from the pipe. Water pressure is poor. Crap fix job to the soap dispenser in both bathrooms. And there was some dried up stain on the floor in front of the toilet. Head board as all worn out and peeling off. It wasn’t worth the amount of money I paid for this room. If I could of gotten a refund and stayed somewhere else I would have "
