"This was a secure ryokan with only 3 rooms on the top floor. We could store our luggage there before our check in and for a few hours after checkout, which was really helpful. Toilet upstairs near the room but shower in the onset area (spa not traditional onset). But noisy with creaky floor at night. Smell of sewage in room at night, but not too strong and mitigated by use of aircon all night for ventilation. "The stay was very simple and comfortable. What bothered me most was that there were no vending machines nor ice machines inside the hotel. (not informed prior to check-in) I had to go outside of the hotel and find the nearest convenience store by myself which was about 100 yards by foot."

We wish was that in them knowing we had a vehicle, that they were able to direct us to a nearby parking lot with affordable pricing. The signs are confusing at times. We ended up paying ¥3400 the first night for overnight parking and ¥6100 the second night in the nearby lots. Other than that, the room was clean except a little black mold near the AC unit. Deep. cleaning could be better. Happy with our 2 night stay...

"Overall clean but found a sock from prev guest. Dust, mold around windows, but disappointed. Found a wonderful izakaya 5min walking distance. 7-11 on the way to go which was convenient. Tiny diners in front of the building which we didn’t try but look good. Kabab track, too. "
