Room and hotel interior feels a bit outdated, but the room itself is great and very spacious. Loved the breakfast options each morning, staff were very attentive and friendly. The free welcome drink, snacks and unlimited ice cream are a huge plus! Free use of laundry machines was also appreciated after a week of travelling. Being near Kaohsiung MRT station is convenient, but had to take the bus most of the time to get where we wanted. Overall a good stay!

Free self-laundry service is wonderful, especial at the high temperatures outside that require constant changing of clothes. Convenient location next to the newly opened railroad station.

My stay at Kindness Hotel was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kaohsiung. Location (10/10): You simply cannot beat the convenience. Being directly opposite the Kaohsiung Main Station is a game-changer. It made arriving and exploring the city effortless. As an example, the journey to Zuoying MRT Station was a quick and easy 15-minute trip.😘😘😘 Amenities (Above & Beyond): The hotel offers so much more than just a room. The 24-hour self-service laundrette is perfect for travelers. The common area is a lovely social space where you can enjoy complimentary ice cream, biscuits, tea, and coffee all day. And to top it off, each room receives a voucher for a free craft beer or beverage every night—a wonderful way to unwind.😁😁😁 Overall: With its unbeatable location and generous amenities, this hotel offers incredible value. I will undoubtedly be back on my next visit!🙂🙂🙂
