The hotel was super close to a MRT station and had buses and bike stations nearby too. The beds were really comfortable and the shower was nice too.

Staff: friendly and helpful. Location: 2min walking distance from Kaohsiung Arena station. Lots of good restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. Room: facilities are very so so. Low end hairdryer, no usb plugs. Bathroom design is not user friendly. There is only one bottle of body wash for both sink and shower. In the shower, there is one very narrow rack for the body wash and hair conditioner. No hook and no space for your own stuff (which guests are very much encouraged to bring your own). It doesn't worth the price tbh.

The rooms were nice & cosy. Enjoyed the area around the hotel, plenty of options for eating , shopping & entertainment. Only thing I didn’t enjoy was the breakfast spread. For a 5 star rating hotel breakfast that didn’t even provide a nice coffee machine for cafe latte. Stayed for 4 nights , almost the same spread everyday.

The stay at Park Lee was beyond my expectation. It is classy, clean and the rooms are very new. Service staffs were helpful and friendly. Location wise it is just a 5 min walk to the nearest train station. Very convenient. There were many eateries nearby too and within walking distance to arena hanshen shopping mall.

The Park Lees hotel is located in the Gushan District of Kaohsiung City. There is a nearby Aozodi Forest Park that is beautiful and the popular Love River canal, and is conveniently located next to a local strain station. The area surrounding the hotel is very safe and walkable. The newer style hotel has a small lobby but doesn’t offer much in the way of amenities like free breakfast. The rooms are newer and the sink and shower have very good water pressure. Some quirks include having to use the hand soap for shampoo/body wash which makes it inconvenient to have to keep remembering to bring it into the shower. The in-room Nespresso machine is a nice touch. But for $140 USD per night there are many choices available with better amenities. I would recommend the hotel offer 1 hour late checkout without charging a $1000 NTD fee.
