"Wi-Fiが使えない部屋に通され調査を求めたが「時間がかかる、満室なので部屋は変えられない」とのこと。 その後4時間待ち、最終的にやはり部屋を変えることができると、しかも候補部屋は３つ。満室とは？？ また、同室はお湯も出ず水でシャワーを浴びる羽目になった。"
