Lovely place to stay. Very clean and comfortable

The property was beautiful and staff wonderful. Spa and pool lovely. Centrally located. Breakfast was expensive and staff less than helpful in getting coffee.

The Brenners Hotel and Spa property is simply sublime and exquisite. The gardens are beautiful and peaceful and form the back drop for relaxing moments sipping beverages or enjoying quiet time. The Fritz and Felix restaurant is excellent and among the best in Baden Baden. The bar is gorgeous and the bartenders and service staff in general are all on top of their game.

Couldn't have enjoyed my stay more! I had just arrived after 30 hours of traveling. The reception staff was very friendly and accommodating to a tired, non-German speaking guest. The room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed and every amenity, including a complimentary minibar. It is very convenient to the Old Town (5-10 minute walk) with so many restaurants and shops. The Desk Staff provides excellent customer service, very helpful. The restaurant has good food and service. Housekeeping can be scheduled if you want.

I found the Thermostat to be very confusing. I believe a small sign with a brief explanation on how it works and how to adjust it would be appropriate and very helpful. Maybe one of those QR codes that carries you to different languages to explain. I’m 65 years old and never seen anything like it. More options on something to eat other than just pizza in a little oven would be nice. Maybe some cold cut sandwiches.

Most excellent location, has underground parking, adjacent to Casino and walking to shopping, dining and thermal spa. We booked our stay last minute as usual, but got a great room with view of city. Breakfast buffet was on point, good choices. Royal Spa use is free, fee for other treatments.
