The exercise room is great! Pools are very nice… no of the three pools. It would’ve been nice to have one that was adults only. Rooms are very clean and have all the amenities. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I would return to this hotel.

We stayed for 7 nights and were super happy with our stay at Centara. Our spacious room was in the Tropicale wing which has been newly renovated. The breakfast buffet was great and had a lot choose from, the staff even made us oat milk lattes every day. We were really well taken care of by the wonderful staff (special thanks to Ai, Sun, Salem, Gate, First, and Lah!). The hotel app was very convenient and room service was quick. The beach was really nice and only a short walk from the hotel. We really have nothing to complain about, except that it would have been nice to have some daily quiet hours at the pool (for reading and some calm time) since the music was always on in the pool bar.

A fantastic hotel delivering great service. My family and I made plans to spend our week in Phuket sightseeing, but ended up spending much of that time at the hotel. Excellent facilities for the young ones, particularly the kids' club; the staff there were amazing. We had an amazing stay at Centara Karon Resort! The staff were absolutely fantastic, so kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. The facilities were excellent, and the location was perfect, close to everything we needed. Really good hotel

Everything was excellent, the location, which is close to shops and restaurants, the service, the atmosphere, activities for children. The only thing that bothered me during my stay at the hotel was the smell in the room, which was moldy. The employees tried to spray odors, but the smell kept coming back.
