"What really stood out was the room itself, it was extremely comfortable and honestly one of the cleanest rooms and hotels I’ve stayed in. I travel often and regularly stay at properties like the JW Marriott and Ritz-Carlton, and this experience had absolutely nothing to envy by comparison. On top of that, the staff and service were amazing, always attentive and genuinely catering to our every need. Everything felt well maintained, thoughtful, and welcoming. A truly excellent stay overall."

"My second time staying at the Brickell hotel and it’s always excellent. The staff is always nice and helpful.The location is the best with so many places to go just in walking distance. It is in a nice neighborhood with bars, grocery stores , American restaurants and local eateries that you can walk to."

"The rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room were not the cleanest. The checkin procedure was only communicated to me in the morning of the checkin date while I was flying. My family that came with car had no knowledge of this and could not gain access."

"Lovely home overall. Had a few minor problems but the host was able to quickly handle things and get everything to our liking. Very friendly host. Our biggest issue was the night staff gaurd. He was an absolute jerk in assisting us. The most helpful thing he did was open the gate. Our spanish was limited and he wouldnt even take the time to read or even listen to our translator app. He was trying to put us out in the street at midnight until someone just so happen to come thru the gate who spoke spanish and english was able to littally make him do his job. He almost ruined our entire trip from the start."
