Amazing hotel! Super clean, very nice sea access (we went swimming in early May, water temp was good!). Staff is super friendly and helpful. We went during low season. We got an upgrade from our garden view room to sea view with jacuzzi on the balcony. The breakfast was amazing! Buffet style with lots of options and different options each day!! Highly recommend.

For a couple of days it’s decent. Nothing fancy though… rooms could use some updating. Especially the bathrooms. Breakfast options were fine, we stayed 5 days and had some variety of options. Guys at the breakfast were friendly and helpful.

No ventilation in the bathroom creates mold!

There was a very strong smell of chemicals in the room that gave us a headache. The manager told us it was a cleaning agent used to clean the floor. I thought a cleaning agent that smells that strong would destroy the floors. We left the door to the room and deck wide open to air out the room. Once the smell dissipated we could then smell mold from the bathroom. We told the manager we couldn’t stay in a room with mold. He said he would get some more Chemicals to clean the bathroom. We said we didn’t want more chemicals and he agreed to let us cancel our second night. Personally, I think the initial strong chemical smell was to mask the mold smell. There is no ventilation in the bathroom, so this creates a good environment for mold to grow. We decided not to use the bathroom at all and use the bathroom by the pool. It had not been cleaned in sometime. The bin was full of used toilet paper….. The breakfast was decent enough with a good selection of food. The coffee was very weak. The room itself had a great view.

Hotel photos are misleading and staff is rude. The staffed seemed bothered when you would ask for anything. When you check-in they just send a whatsapp message with details but don’t explain anything kind of just make you figure it out. There is a designated parking area which I will give them props for. The hotel is very basic and breakfast was okay. No unobstructed sunset view if that is something you are looking for. Hotel “beach” is just stairs to the rocky ocean only a handful of sunbeds. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

There was a smell in the room, and it didn't go away. It was intense. Towels were also old and needed to be replaced. Other than that, the atmosphere, sea view and the beach were beautiful.

Location and views were amazing. Staff did everything we needed and theen some. Googlebtranslate was ideal. Hats off to Hassan who always found a way to communicate with us and accomodate requests even if he did not know what they are atcthe start. He used youtube videos to learn and made our drinks forbus. That is talent and service

Does not live up to expectations

While this hotel is in a beautiful location, it does NOT seem to deserve its “exceptional” rating. Our room felt old, with worn out carpeting, clogged shower drains, towels that felt rough/old, and a strange smell in the room. The service was good but only when you could find someone. Overall I would recommend this place only if the other similarly priced hotels are all booked up. I will be returning to Kas and will seek to stay elsewhere.

In our case partial sea view in the description of the room was 0 sea view in reality - we had a room with a pool and roof view in front of our windows. Please be aware that hotel has a few levels and it’s ridiculous but the highest level is with a view on the roof of the level which is lower. Other things were fine - room is big and clean and really modern. Air condition is perfect. Breakfast is fine with different choices and they try to change several positions from day to day, but coffee is a disaster, awful and it’s better to drink water instead

Las habitaciones confort eran muy amplias y tranquilas. Una de ellas tenía vistas a la bahía pero la otra, por la vegetación, no las tenía. Cuando se abría el grifo de la ducha y se ponía agua fría, dejaba de salir agua. En la otra habitación la pieza que orienta el AC estaba rota y no la pudieron arreglar en 3 días. El personal era muy muy atento y muy servicial. La ubicación era maravillosa. Lejos de la ruidosa ciudad de Kas.

Gece su kesildi. İlk defa otelde su kesildiğini görüyorum. Kimseye ulaşmak mümkün değildi. Ayrıca denize onlarca merdivenle inildiği konusunda bilgilendirme olmalıydı. Odada 3 kişiydik. Duş almak bizi çok zorladı çünkü mahremiyet yoktu. Biri duş alırken çok net görünüyordu. Mevburen diğerleri balkonda bekledi.
