The hotel staff were polite and helpful. The hotel is centrally located. The rooms were very small and not clean. I would have left if I hadn't stayed for one night.

The Upper House was a great place to stay for service, location and cost, there is no elevator in the Upper House but the staff will go over and above to make you welcome and comfortable.

Kas 2026.

The Upper House hotel is a great place to stay while visiting Kas, the staff are excellent and professional the hotel is in a great central location, but it needs to be stated, either by Hotels.com or by Upper House that this hotel has NO elevator and walking up and down 50+ stairs each day, especially when your over 70yrs old as we both are, might be an issue to some travellers.

I did not stay there , my friends did. They love it so much, they want to stay there like 2021. 2021 I had Covid, so I could come. This year The Air Canada lost my bags, and currently I have 0 outfit at all. My point is that this place worth your time, friends

The hotel is fine - but they told it would be breakfast, and they sell room including breakfast, but they dont have - and they didnt refund or buy you a breakfast in nearest caffe - just we dont have - and thats it

Check in was supposed to be 2pm, we got the key to our room @ 5pm and it hadn’t been cleaned: dirty linen, empty bottles, leftover food, cigarette butts etc. everywhere! Were offered another room, with a broken tap and a flooded bathroom! Agreed to return 1hour later for our room to be cleaned. Asked about parking, which was advertised as available and were advised to Google it! Returned a couple of hours later and room was reasonably clean, other than filthy, stained sheets in the drawers. There was no duvet or blankets: in January! Asked four times for duvet or blankets and nothing ever arrived. Eventually found one in the corridor and used that! Bathroom flooded when used shower! No kettle or tea/coffee making facilities and mini bar was empty: not even a bottle of drinking water! The positives: Good central position, comfortable bed and nice breakfast.

Chickes Stadthotel - ohne Parkplätze! Leider stand bei der Buchung nicht dabei, dass unser Zimmer kein Fenster hat! Grenzwertig, aber für eine Nacht okay. wurde angeblich jetzt geändert. Es war aber ausgesprochen chick! - Frühstück gut, Innenstadt fußläufig erreichbar.

Otelin konumu mukemmeldi. Biz aile odasinda kaldik 2 cocugumuzla ve cok rahat ettik. Odamiz cok temizdi. İnternette sıkıntı yasamadik. Cok memnun kaldik. Kaş’a tekrar geldigimizde tekrardan burada konaklamak isterim.

BOEK DIT HOTEL NIET! Verschrikkelijk! Kamer smerig. Erg gehorig. Luidruchtige gasten die je door het hele hotel hoort…ook om 3 uur ‘s nachts. Personeel spreekt geen Engels. Personeel zoekt niet naar oplossingen. Maken meer problemen voor je en durven geen actie te ondernemen. SLECHT SLECHT SLECHT!! Locatie is het enige goede.

ho prenotato questa camera per essere nel cuore di kas peccato che la camera era una mansarda e malgrado fosse molto carina e ben arredata non era possibile oscurare gli abbaini per cui alle 630 del mattino con l'alba ti svegliavi inoltre la camera secondo il gestore veniva rifatta solo su mia richiesta ovvero la pulizia della stanza era opzionale .La camera ovviamente era molto calda essendo un sottotetto . La colazione è standard peccato che malgrado inizia alle 830 non è mai in orario .. tutto avviene un po per caso in uno spirito molto superficiale e sciatto . per non parlare del personale che attende il cliente che non comprende una parole di inglese se nonle frasi di rito
