Four beds, so great for a group, but I stayed solo and still felt the price was very fair. "Great location, park across the road is great for kids to get some energy out. Lots of restaurants & amenity close by and only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Shinjuku. The rooms are a bit tired (marks on the walls, the duvet covers donโ€™t fit properly and you can see that the bedding under is very yellowed, pillows not great. There is no reception at the property, which was fine for us."

"This is a very small (even for Tokyo standards) unit, and you have no elevators in the building. That said, you can walk to Shinjuku and the place was very clean, with its own washer/drier and great beds. Sure, it's small, but the location makes it a great choice. "Amazing Service and Everything Meets and Exceeds Expectations Only Amenities that need upgrading is the gym due to insufficient amount of weight and only having dumbbell rack and treadmills as the exercises and the laundry dryer was very weak even after 3 hrs of drying 2 hoodies they were still damped however regardless of these two downsides the staff and the room itself made everything an amazing experience.
