"Hi Thanks for reaching out. This was our first time in Kaslo and didn't know what to expect. We very much enjoyed our stay and were grateful for the upgraded room and $20 food and drink credit provided by Mike at check in. We were pleasantly surprised by the room and very much enjoyed the meal in the Wayback restaurant that evening. We were somewhat disappointed by our checkout experience however as the desk agent Ryan had difficulty in printing out a finalized receipt for us. We wanted to confirm everything was correct as the $20 credit failed to be applied and it also appeared that the price of an upgraded room was applied as well. As the manager was in a meeting we were forced to delay our departure by 45 minutes to an hour until this was sorted out. I don't want to single out Ryan as I believe to be a training issue and want to emphasize he was composed despite the stressful situation."
