Hotel is excellent as a building , especially for the COVID-19 time, open space and approach to every room , fresh air from the both sides.Staff is friendly. Inside the room everything is old except the TV. Must be renovated!

Sehr unfreundliches Personal im Restaurant . Essen ist jeden Tag gleich mit sehr kleine Unterschiede. Animationen für Kinder sehr schlecht. Mini Disco nur 2-3 mal in 5 Tage. Nur 1 mal in der Woche Griechischen Nacht und manchmal Volleyball und Dart sonst keine Animationen für erwachsene 5 * auf keinen Fall .

Most sunbeds on the beach were broken. Unacceptable situation for a 5 star hotel! There were few sunbeds on the beach compared to the crowds that hosted the hotel There was a constant smell in the bathroom, even as the maid-cleaner left It needs a little more attention from the waiters. Granite in a large glass at the pool bar sometimes cost 1.5 € and sometimes 2 €. I didn't really understand how much it cost ... Very good food, very good breakfast. Variety and delicacies!

Heel mooi en net hotel. Vriendelijk personeel. Mijn auto had pech. Ik werd geholpen door Gianis. Een hele vriendelijke man. De sfeer in het hotel is goed. Ontspannend. Kamers zijn mooi en netjes. Zwembad is niet groot maar prima. Strand is meteen dichtbij. Helaas wat stenen aan het begin van het water, maar daarna wel mooi zand. Veel activiteiten voor jong en oud. Restaurant is niet slecht. Veel dezelfde, maar dat is logisch bij een buffet. Enige nadeel is parkeren. Het is best druk. Je moet in de buurt zoeken naar een plekje. Wij komen zeker terug bij dit hotel!

Местоположение отеля хорошее, рядом небольшой городок с магазинами и кафе, где можно прогуляться вечером. Отель небольшой, уютный. Номера комфортные, но уже не новые. Не понравилась еда, напоминает еду в столовой. И очень не понравились напитки: вино очень низкого качества из пакетов, белое и красное по одному виду. Алкоголь в баре в основном только местный, вкус и качество оставляют желать лучшего. Вечером детская дискотека, но не каждый день. Антмация есть, но в основном детский клуб работает в часы дневного сна ребенка, поэтому не попадали почти никогда. Персонал и анимация говорят по русски, так как гости в основном из России. В заключении могу сказать, что этот отель не 5 звезд и не стоит своих денег. Сейчас уже отдыхаем в другом отеле недалеко, который даже дешевле Apolomare, но это настоящие 5 звезд и намного больше нравится!

Gutes Hotel - Restaurant verbesserungswürdig

Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt im Apolamare ganz gut, wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein Superior Zimmer bekommen, das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet, allerdings roch es nach Schimmel. Der Pool war schön und das Meer sehr klar, sofern einen der Kiesstrand nicht stört. Im ganzen Hotel war es nicht überfüllt. Größter Kritikpunkt ist das Restaurant, das Essen sah teilweise nicht frisch aus und einige Sachen waren qualitativ ziemlich schlecht. Auch der Kaffee beim Frühstück aus der Instantmaschine war gewöhnungsbedürftig, auch die anderen Getränke waren sehr süß. Super war das Salatbuffet. Der Service war teilweise unkoordiniert, es ist uns an drei Abenden passiert, dass unsere Getränke (obwohl noch halbvoll) abgeräumt wurden, als wir Essen holen waren. Auch fragten die Kellner teilweise kurz hintereinander, ob sie etwas abräumen können, was ein wenig störend war. Insgesamt ist das Hotel gut, aber kein 5 Sterne Hotel.

Lage ist top, Personal freundlich. Die Sauberkeit und Zustand vom Zimmer sehr unbefriedigend. Klima hat nach Schimmel gerochen und das Zimmer und die ganze Wäsche war sehr feucht dadurch.

Von den Zimmern ausgenommen, alles andere definitiv keine 5*. Auch keine 4*. Wir haben das Hotel mit eigener Anreise gebucht und das Hotel verfügte keine Parkplätze für Hotelgäste. Die Aussage des Personals, das «5*» Hotel hat keinen Genehmigung für Parkplätze. Das Essen qualitativ sehr schlecht und keine Abwechselung. Vom Frühstück bis zum Abendessen. Von allen Tagen haben wir nur 2Mal im Hotel gegessen. Der Strand nur Steine, zwar klares Wasser allerdings eine Zumutung ohne Schuhe ins Wasser zu gehen. Definitiv empfehlen wir dieses Gotel keinem weiter.
