Beautiful hotel right at the beach. Fantastic interior design especially the restaurant area. Everything is maintained permanently and therefore the hotel is looking like brand new. Unfortunately the sewage pipes are also a problem in this facility like in many others in Greece which results in an unpleasant smell in the bathroom and the balcony. However the management is aware and eager to solve the issue. What is special about Margarita Sea Side is their unique concept around their guests. Although located in a highly frequented place the hotel exclusively dedicates facilities and staff to guests only. External guests are only permitted in the restaurant after 7pm. The ratio of staff vs. guests is over-proportional is high which ensures maximum service and attention to those who stay at Margarita. The sun beds and umbrellas are of superior quality and cleaned every morning. As a guest you are keeping your space throughout the entire stay which avoids stress in the morning to secure your spot. Only downside: you are not alone on Kallithea Beach. Especially during holidays and on weekends the beach is packed and noisy hence privacy is limited. All in all I can fully recommend this hotel if you want to experience a remarkable concept which truly stands out.

Superb for families with children

The hotel is one of the best to go with small children. It is on the beach, the water is clear and shallow, restaurant is great, staff is very friendly, there is a play area.

Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση στο beach bar και στο εστιατόριο του ξενοδοχείου.Πολυ καλή η παροχή της κράτησης ξαπλώστρες στην παραλία με το check in αλλά και την επόμενη μέρα.Αρνητικη εντύπωση αποκομίσαμε απ την ποιότητα στο πρωινό σε κάποια είδη που δεν ήταν φρέσκα κι απ τους χυμούς που ήταν αδιάφοροι σε γεύση.Επισης το σημείο που βρίσκεται το ξενοδοχείο,πάνω στην πολυσύχναστη παραλία της Καλιθεας δεν σου δίνει καμμία αίσθηση ιδιωτικότητας και μάλιστα 4 αστέρων.Το παρκιγκ επίσης για το αυτοκίνητο είναι προβληματικό μιας και οι επισκέπτες όλης της περιοχής έχουν κοινή χρήση με του ξενοδοχείου τους επισκέπτες.

Ein sehr schönes modernes Hotel direkt am karibikblauen und sauberen Strand. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit tollem Meerblick und fanden die 4 Tage in der Vorsaison sehr entspannend und angenehm. Auch das Restaurant war sehr gut, modern und ein bisschen „anders griechisch“.
