For the price , room was just okay at best.
“City view” was looking at street and another building.
Service was poor .
Came at 2 pm to check in and understandably they said needed to 3 pm the “check in time”.
Came back after 3 pm and told they had busy night and the room was not ready .
Did not get to room until after 5 pm.
Called room service at 9 pm and took over 15 minutes to bring fork and knife.
The room itself was fine . Pretty, clean with comfortable bed.
In the lobby that had to wait for 2 hours the smell of perfume was overwhelming and was crowded.
This was my first time to this hotel , I will say for this price far better and many options for a great hotel in NYC, and I come offer will work to avoid this place again.
