"Amazing stay on Kata Noi Beach. The beach was clean, uncrowded, with surfers but also safe for swimming, and our ground-floor room had incredible views with terrace access to the beach. The adult-only pools made it super peaceful, and we loved the thoughtful in-room extras like beach towels, a tote bag, and flip-flops. The breakfast spread was huge with delicious Thai and Indian options, plus a fun daily rotation of herbal teas (pandan, butterfly pea, chrysanthemum). Keep in mind it's in a quieter spot—getting to Patong or Karon is a 30+ minute cab ride, and Kata Beach is a hilly 20-minute walk—but it’s an absolute gem if you want a relaxing beachfront escape."

"Daisy and Irish were both very friendly staff. They made sure that our stay was great, always asking what they could help us with. The interaction with them gave us info what the area offers, entertainment and food, what to watch out for regarding safety. Look for them if you are staying in Chanalai Garden Resort. They did above and beyond customer service."

"The hotel offers access to 3 different pools. I had read online reviews mentioning mold, but we didn't see any mold damage in the building we stayed. However, other buildings have rooftop pools, which might be the cause of mold. There's a shuttle to Kata beach. During our stay the shuttle wasn't going to Karon beach. It's near plenty of other hotels, restaurants, spas, and 15 minute walk to Kata beach."
