It's about 10 min walking from the train station and you have to walk to Ueno park about 10 min too. You have a Lawson in the corner and a small 7-Eleven crossing the street, not much more. We had the family room and it was enough space, I wouldn't call it spacious. The room had microwave, refrigerator and even a range. "Current condition of the hotel is much much worse than the photos in the property listing. Aside from the sea view, the property was in poor condition. The outdoor pool of the onsen was nice being able to hear the waves crashing on the shore. Neighborhood is really sad with many boarded up hotels and almost no restaurants. "

"The hotel has excellent facilities, in particular with private outdoor hot spring water bath, which is very enjoyable. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is excellent, but little too expensive. The hotel also has shuttle bus to the train station. Some facilties need proper maintainence, such as basin. Cleaness could be improved. Overall, this is a good hotel."
