Leugens en bedrog
Deluxe kamer geboekt en betaald. Aankomst 4 pm, kreeg standaard kamer. Na protest kreeg ik de kamer die ik betaald had, maar pas om 8 pm kon ik inchecken! Kamer zou volgens deboekingssite 25 sq.m. zijn, maar was nog niet de helft. Geen WiFi in de kamer, ventilator kapot, slot werkt niet goed, slecht tv signaal en een badkamer zonder plankje boven de wastafel. De plavuizen vloer is het enige dat je in de inrichting met de naam heritage kunt verbinden. Ik had een kamer 4 hoog, er was geen lift en geen hulp om de bagage naar boven te brengen. Geen flesje water op de kamer. Om 7 uur was ik in het restaurant voor het ontbijt. Ik kreeg het pas om 8 uur en moest vragen om een volledig ontbijt. Het ontbijt was zeer goedkoop. Als je de manager aanspreekt, ligt het nooit aan hem. De boekingssite licht hem op met de prijzen, hij heeft ruzie met de internetleverancier, enz.

Excellent and cheap hotel in Thamel
Me and my girlfriend really enjoyed our stay at the Heritage Hotel in Thamel. The quality we received for our price was amazing. There was hot water in the showers, the bed was comfortable. The lock in the door didnt work that well, and it was sometimes difficult to get back into our room. Otherwise the hotel facilities and staff were really nice.
