We swapped to another cabin which had dirty sheets,dirty sink,dirty bin,toilet not flushed.
Then swapped back to original cabin with no tv or wifi.
Awaiting a full refund.”

“The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room (no. 10) was clean and the shower was excellent! However, the queen bed was terrible - felt like there were no springs left in it and it felt like you were sleeping on a board. Fortunately we carry our own pillows, so my husband slept in the single bed which was okay, but I put all the pillows under me so it was at least a bit more comfortable! I was glad we were only staying 1 night!
The restaurant meals were absolutely fantastic - well presented...

The hot springs. The family cabin was a decent size. Small double bed. Mostly clean cabin. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice pool but didn’t get to use it on our short overnight stay.”
