“Das Zimmer war für den Preis okay. Das Bad hatte einige Mängel (defekte WC Papier Halterung, WC- Brille defekt, schlechte Raumlüftung). Auch im Zimmer ein paar Kleinigkeiten (Knöpfe beim Toaster kaputt, schwarze Flecken an den Wänden..). Mängel wurden dem Personal beim Auschecken mitgeteilt und wurden zur Kenntnis genommen. “First of all it's extremely expensive for the quality of the food... Steak was overcooked, what they call Red Snapper is something else altogether, like small sea bass. There are a LOT of kids about. There was also techno every night around the time of the harbor fireworks that went on to midnight on a Monday. The gym was significantly scint. The people were exceedingly nice. The breakfast was quite lovely, but missing some things offered at other cheaper hotels in the area... Like champagne...

“The apartment in itself is great, small, fresh and newly renovated. Location is super, close to anything you need. But if you like to rest this isn’t the place for you. Pubs close by plays music until late at night, and in the morning the construction by neighbours starts before 8AM. Smell from the bathroom the management haven’t cared to easily fix by putting in an air freshener for, and the dish washing sponge wasn’t new (I’m not a clean freak but it doesn’t feel fresh to wash your dishes with...

“La chambre est propre mais ne dispose pas de frigo, pas de bouilloire ni même de verres/tasses. Pas moyen de se faire un thé ou un café dans la chambre. Le petit-déjeuner mérite un zéro pointé : café dégueulasse, viennoiseries industrielles, confitures en barquette, très peu de choix. Le personnel ne parle pas grec, il faut communiquer avec eux dans la langue de Trump. Point positif : l'hôtel dispose d'un stationnement et se situe à proximité du front de mer.”

What the pictures don’t show is the entrance to the property which is up two levels in a service yard full of air conditioning units and ventilation systems from the ground floor restaurants. Directions to the property were also pretty poor. ”

“A pretty poor stay at this property. The pictures are quite misleading as the property is in poor condition. There are cracks in the wall, mould in the bathroom, and generally quite dirty. We had to book last minute but if this was our property for the whole holiday I would be incredibly disappointed. The only saving grace is the location which is convenient to the beach and local restaurants and bars.”

On arrival you enter through a live kitchen, puddles of grease, cigarette butts, raw food, a shopping trolley full of waste and also strangers eating random meals all within the alley as you enter, that’s not how I pictured i’d start this stay. Not to mention the stench from the mix of live kitchens that gathers in the stairwell on the way up to the room is nothing short of...
