The accommodation was very luxurious, more than its star rating. The breakfast room was managed by very helpful and friendly staff. The cold buffet had a vast choice of fresh produce & scrambled or fried fresh eggs are available on request. Very well placed for trams and mainline transport

It is a decent hotel for just a one-night stay. We booked the last room of this hotel, and unfortunately, we probably got the worst one. Our room was supposed to be two twins or one queen..but the two beds we got didn’t match. It was one tiny double (they called it a European Queen) and a twin bed. We couldn’t push the two beds together, so we had to squeeze into the double bed. We are pretty slim, but it was still very uncomfortable. The room was also an ADA-accessible room, so the design was not optimal for someone that didn’t require assistance. Lastly, I noticed no mini fridge or AC (we didn’t need it). The receptionist was friendly, but no one was there at 8 am when we checked out. We didn’t pay extra for breakfast, but the dining room looked lovely. Parking was free on the street overnight (till 8 am). The hotel (with an elevator) felt historic and grand, but we didn’t get that same experience in our room.

Ok hotel

Vi skulle blot bruge en overnatning og fandt hotellet til en fin pris. Ingen aircon gjorde opholdet lidt svært. Godt placering med gåafstand ned til et rigtig fedt område med udendørskaffehus, restauranter mm. Der er ikke mulighed for at vaske tøj på hotellet selv om hotels.com skilter med dette

Helt greit.

Gammeldags hotell. Hadde to connecting rom og det var ganske bra. Rensligheten var så som så. Fant masse hår på senga som absolutt ikke var mitt. Frokosten var helt grei. Veldig stiv pris for såkalte spa, vi benyttet oss ikke av det. Tror nok jeg går for ett annet hotell neste gang.

I loved the charm of this property! Great location. Be sure to reserve the spa/sauna ahead of time, and know that it comes at an additional fee. Very, very friendly and accommodating staff! Would definitely stay here again!

Very good ,old world charm

The place has a wonderful and refreshing old world charm. The room was spacious. Candles burning in lanterns on the ataircase added to the atmosphere. Breakfast was very casual and of good quality. The only drawback was the shower which could not easily be used without flooding the bathroom floor. Service from staff was topnotch.
