"The sound of Ferry all night - no sleep . The car can’t go near the hotel. The Owner also lives in the same floor and this is kind of restricted privacy. Overall If managed properly and city restricts Ferry after 11PM or midnight then 50% problem solved. If owner moves out without sharing same flat then removes 25% problem. Internet speed good but only one line- Means everyone share same line in same floor ."

"This listing is a scam. I paid to stay there because the listing said it was in Apache Junction according to the directions and it was a lie I went there. There was no place to stay when I talked to Expedia. They said they couldn’t give my money back so I was out the money with nowhere to stay."

The windows didn’t shut properly so the mosquitos got in and we were woken in the night by what sounded like someone retching outside. We stayed one night because we had to and left early the next morning."
