โThis centrally situated hotel offers convenient access for guests staying there, whether for leisure or business purposes. Additionally, it's hassle-free for me to book a ride using a ride-sharing service. I give this hotel a perfect 5/5 rating for its excellent service and cleanliness.โ
โAll is good except the parking. There are only 2 parking space for the entire hotel. The rest have to park at the public parking area. If stay on normal days, have to worry about paying the public parking charges per hour from 8am to 5pm, except weekend and public holiday.โ
โI arrived to TGG at night, and I had to leave to Redang island at early morning.
So I stayed at the hotel.
It is located near by Airport, but the way to hotel from airport was a little bit scared.(So dark way).
I could see airport and airplane in my room.
Staffs are so kind, they helped us to contact to our driver.
Breakfast was not bad.
I think It was special case, There was school event. Children were shouting and running out of my room at the night and early morning. So I couldn't...
โThe hotel boutique name does not reflect its meaning ie. No hotel merchandise sold as souveniur. If U R a boutique hotel U shud sell some items. Very misleading to customers.โ

โAircond rosak tapi lepas maintance datang, sejuk semula :)
Telefon pun rosak tapi maintainece tukar telefon lain & boleh guna.
Tapi semua selesai dalam masa kurang 30 minit.

Lantai toilet licin.
Tolong sediakan sabun basuh pinggan kalau boleh sebab nak basuh cawan2 tu.
Overall okeh, suka :D
