Air conditioning was excellent as temps were 85-87 during my stay. Staff very helpful. I recommend a room on the fifth floor. Only complaint would be wifi is not very strong and availability of any English speaking tv stations was disappointing. Of the two options only one was working. "I made the reservation in the afternoon of the date I wanted to stay. Some time after making the reservation I called to ask how to check-in given that it said there is no front desk and I didn't receive any instructions. I was told in German they are fully booked, despite having a confirmed reservation (and the hotels.com website having several rooms there). "This is old hotel build in fifties. 75 dlls per night is a good deal. Located at the bottom of ski areas, right beside ski lift. Incredibly helpful personal of three Ucranian ladies, managing also the restaurant. Food is excellent...I give this hotel 4 stars, just because the building is fairly old."
