"Property was clean, and the staff was excellent – especially the lady who kept the breakfast items stocked. If I could make a suggestion, please have the cleaning staff use microfiber cloth, or mop in the rooms, especially the bathroom floor. There was dog hair from a previous guest."

"The room was excellent in all respects. The pool and whirlpool were very clean, and very good. The breakfast was not. The eggs were rancid. The orange juice tasted fermented. The coffee tasted like it was percolated. The waffles... the batter was streaky. I like mine crisp, so I cooked it another 45 seconds after the timer went off. It was still literally mush on the inside, likely the result of sitting for days. I don't like waste, but I threw it all away and left. I don't like doing this, as my experiences with Americinn have been very good in the past. But I felt I needed to write this."
