The villa is beautiful and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the space, making it perfect for the family. Although we had some issues with Expedia as they overcharged us, it was unrelated to the property.

A fantastic villa in a beautiful setting, the back drop has the wow factor!! Very well managed, Rosana is there for anything you need from booking excursions to taxi’s etc, she also owns a restaurant down in Sami be sure to check it out for brunches & evening cocktails! Maria is the daily maintenance lady & she is lovely too very good at keeping the place in order and always made us laugh. So glad we found this place & we will definitely return.

Peaceful perfection

A stunning villa in a very quiet location around a mile from the centre of Sami. The swimming pool and huge garden were very private and had plenty of loungers and garden furnitue including a bbq. The villa had the best equipped kitchen we have ever come across and the owners and staff were always on hand and most welcoming. We could not have asked for more.

Absolutely superb in all aspects, beautiful Villa set in stunning grounds with a lovely pool. I travelled with my wife and our 3 children, Ionion Trilogy was perfect for us, my daughter is 1 and not walking yet and she was able to crawl around the massive lush grass area, my boys spent many hours in the pool which is very clean and not too deep. The villa has all the amenities you could ask for and more. We also received a lovely Welcome from Rosanna who was only too happy to help and a lovely touch was the bottle of wine/milk/bread/eggs and other bits that we received upon arrival. Maria cleans the villa's daily and was absolutely lovely and was very emotional when we left. Location is excellent, Sami is only a 5 minute drive away which has lots of shops and restaurants and we also went to antisamos beach on two occasions which is 15 minutes from the villa. I genuinely couldn't fault Ionion Trilogy and wouldn't hesitate to return, the design of the villas is so well thought out.

What a completely beautiful property in a breathtaking location. The villa, the pool, the garden, the view, the area the ... everything - simply gorgeous. Rosanna and Maria were both fantastic, and we couldn't have asked for a warmer welcome, and their support throughout our stay was really appreciated. It was a lovely stay at the start of the warmer weather, before all the tourists descend, but still there was plenty to see and do - and it felt so quiet, untouched and perfect. The local food shops in Sami were great for everything we needed, and the BBQ was a real treat and made full use of. The food and drink that greeted us on arrival at the villa was such a lovely touch, and a godsend as our flight was delayed and we arrived so late - so it saved our hunger pangs that night. It was our first holiday since 2019, and it honestly could not have been a better trip. Everything about it was bliss, and we will definitely stay at Ionian Trilogy again if we return to Kefalonia.

Katerina luxury and amazing outdoor space

The size of accommodation is just perfect for families of all ages. Two doubles and three singles fits in 7 easily, we also had a toddler with us in one of the double rooms. We filled this place and still had space, it’s that spacious. Outside the pool is a great size and the lawn area is big enough to play 5 a side football and still have space for a volley ball court, all with a backdrop of cypress trees, hills/mountains and the Sami Bay Area. Photos don’t do it justice. The property is walled and safe for young children (we had a 2 year old grandson with us). It also has an electric gate and keyless door entry system. Rossana was very helpful in getting what we needed in place and also a lovely woman to deal with. I recommmend visiting her restaurant and cocktail bar in Sami too - Afrala. Be aware that the final few hundred yards of road to the property is a stoney track which you get used to. Our two hire cars dealt with the track fine. You need hire cars to visit here unless you’re happy taking taxis or just want to walk to and from Sami. 20-40 mins each way. My double room was upstairs which led onto a balcony, providing greater views of the area and good morning coffee seating. Gardeners keep outdoors looking great and Maria visited daily to clean up, tidy beds and do the bins inc. toilet bins. Maria was a pleasure and became close to the family and we were all sad to say goodbye. I’d definitely return.

This villa was incredible for my family and I to stay in. It had everything we needed, was private, safe and quiet. It was built incredibly well with modern fixtures and finishes. There was heaps of space for the kids to run around - and the pool area was a wonderful place to sit and relax with a view of the water and local Sami village. The agent for the property was lovely as well. The only thing I’d suggest is requesting instructions on how to best access the property - as Google Maps takes you off the beaten track and up a donkey track, instead of the much easier route from Sami village. All in all a wonderful stay. We will be back!

Our family had a great time at the Ionian Villa (Theodore). The property was fantastic and facilities brilliant. The manager, Rosanna was awesome, helpful, responsive, and especially kind. This villa and its staff are worth every Pound/Euro and more. Well done all! If you get the chance to visit you should pick these Villas.
