We have stayed in a few Hoshino Resorts KAI hotels. KAI Saga is supposed to be the flagship KAI hotel with the most historical hot spring source but the room facilities are not at very good conditions.
Suggest to improve the room facilities with more conveinient power sockets or add USB sockets at bed headboards.
