"Professional In-Room Amenities Marred by Unprofessional Service and Poor Layout** I stayed here from March 5th to March 9th. While the hotel offers some unique conveniences, several service and design issues made for a frustrating experience. **The Service Issue:** The staff's handling of my visa certificate request was unprofessional. At check-in, the staff was unfamiliar with the document but eventually agreed to have it ready for my departure. At check-out, a different staff member was very impatient and tried to dismiss me by incorrectly claiming I had to get the certificate from my booking site. I had to be extremely persistent and demand to speak with a manager; only then did she find my document, which had already been prepared and was sitting in a pile of envelopes. "Typical smallish Japanese rooms but everything was crisp and clean, included PJ's for you to use. Had humidifiers in room if you choose to fire them up. Ironing stuff too along with standard coffee maker. Bathrooms were clean and very functional with both small tub and stand up shower. Breakfast was included for extra $$. Buffet style so many, many choices to make you happy with that. Location was great with easy, under 5 min walk to subway, depending on which subway line you wanted. Tons of restaurants and of course, 7/11 stores everywhere. Tokyo commercial fish market has relocated, but there is still a wonderful left behind area that is only a 15 min walk away - well worth going to."
