Worst hotel experience ever! The elevator was broken throughout our entire stay, making things extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, the guy at reception tried to charge me twice for the city tax, even though I had already paid it just 10 minutes earlier!
Absolutely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here. I will NEVER comeback! I also felt terrible for the poor staff member who had to carry our 23kg luggages from the 3rd floor all the way down to the main floor. Worst experience!

"Perfekte Unterkunft für das Abenteuer am Kel-Suu Lake. Ein großes plus war die Heizung im Zimmer, die abends und während der Nacht angestellt wurde. Dadurch war es schön warm während der Nacht. Das Personal war auch super nett und generell ist die Lage einzigartig."
