Unfortunately the sound from other rooms comes in so bad that you would think they were in your room even though they are next door or across the hall. The soap dispenser ran out, I asked the front desk to advise this but nothing was done about it.

Overall it was fine I suppose. Too expensive for what you get. There's better in the area. (I travel to Kelowna several times a year). Traffic woke me up at 5am, and the showerhead was absolutely terrifying, scum and mould buildup(actually couldn't use it.. ended up giving myself a wash with a facecloth over the sink because it looked so gross). The staff are very kind and pleasant, but I don't think I'll be back. I've found better prices in this area where I can shower and have an uninterrupted sleep. No slight on the staff... I found them to be all very kind and pleasant.

Hotel was clean and staff was really friendly. Breakfast buffet staff was so helpful and kind to our children, I wish I remember their names, there was 2 staff members that went out of their way for us. So thank you. We were impressed with the breakfast. Included some type of eggs, sausages or bacon and a variety of other items. Definitely better than a lot of continental breakfasts we have had before. The hotel provided a crib for our 1.5 yr old and we had a pull out couch for our 4 yr old. Parking was easy, lots of spots in front or behind building. Overall our 3 night stay was great.
