Well It was a nice place however no VIP benefit and a ridicules resort fee. Front desk knew nothing about a VIP benefit. Biggest complaint was the ridiculous "resort fee" of $30 a day. Here is what you get for the $30 resort fee. A self serve water filling station and free coffee in the morning. I guess you are paying for the beach but if it is too cold to enjoy the beach than it sucks to be you. Will not stay again because of this fee.

No check in at front desk directed to walk to property next door to check in, with luggage etc..?? then walk back to where we parked started at Hotel.. Spend the 16hr and have a front desk clerk to check your guests in . at the hotel they booked at the Eldorado ..not the maneta?? what ever its called

The dinning facility and service were good. Request for extra pi;;ow was ignored . I also preordered 6 soft drinks was was ignored prior to our arrival and when delivered were in glasses rather than cans or bottles.

It’s my families favourite hotel in Kelowna. Everything was great about this hotel except one thing. Poor cable package for sports, was unable to watch any NHL playoffs from my room. And it sounds like we never received Expedia VIP perk. But location, service is second to none.

Beautiful property. The room was cozy and inviting with a modern nespresso maker. The thing that I liked best of all was that the room was absolutely spotlessly clean. Well done to the housekeeping staff.

Only issue was that the two properties (Eldorado and Mateo) are jointly managed and we had to go to Mateo to check in/out and when our key cards stopped working we had to go back to the other property to get it fixed. Also, time of year and not very busy so some amenities closed, but the room was wonderful, lounge was spectacular and the staff all wonderful. Will definitely go back.

I carried all my items into the hotel, along with my toddler, to find out you cant check in at the hotel and I had to go to The Manteo to check in. Thats weird. And inconvenient. I walked in the cold over to Manteo to check in. My toddler complaining she was freezing so I ended up carrying her. I probably wont stay at The Eldorado again because of that. It’s too much of a hassle.
