“The room is very cramped which I expected. Everything was clean but the main issue is noise. I could hear people stomping around above me until 1am. The apartment overlooks a busy street with beeping from a pedestrian crossing and sirens wailing from emergency vehicles all through the night. The bed was deemed is quite fragile and creaks every time you move or turn over in the night. Some of the noise issues could be resolved by putting in another layer of glazing. ”

“If you want beds to lie down on and a bathroom to clean your body, this is the place for you! Otherwise I would describe it as a hostel and not a hotel. There was even human feces outside.”

“You Do Not Want to Stay Here I was shocked when I arrived at the property. Even before I entered, it was clear the building is quite rundown. Empty planters with styrofoam in them. Weeds. Some loose garbage along the drive. Entering, there’s a lack of fresh air and attention to detail. I entered my room to find a tiny, rundown space. Needed to be aired, but the window is locked shut. The walls are scratched and stained, the desk and fridge / cupboard area are old and covered in bubbled...

“The room was clean and had everything that was needed for a few days. The TV, kitchen and bathroom were great. The bed was very soft and not very comfy. Check in was a bit of a worry as they do ask you for a deposit of £50 and don't give the access codes until that was done. I arrived after 6pm and there was no-one there so it created a bit of a panic until I managed to get a reply and they gave me the codes. Overall the room was pleasant and within easy walking distance of Golders Green Tube...

“Do not book or stay at this hotel. I’ve travelled to hotels around the world and this is one of the worst and in London! I did not stay and left immediately on seeing the room I was given. Towel had farces, hair strands in and outside the fridge crushed/used water bottles in the fridge. I left and had to find a replacement hotel. The front desk when I complained ‘why can’t you handle this yourself’. Complained to Expedia and they still have this showing on their site! Unbelievable”

“Everything is perfect”

“The room was clean, spacious (especially compared to London norms!), and comfortable. The elevators functioned smoothly. There was minimal interaction with the staff (eg, no daily cleaning, which was not a problem for a short stay), but when we needed help, they were courteous and helpful. The location is perfect, close to the Tube and Hampstead Heath. We'd definitely stay again.”

“Positiv war der tägliche Service mit frischem Wasser im Zimmer sowie die Klimaanlage, die besonders wichtig war, da sich das Zimmer kaum sinnvoll lüften ließ. Deutliche Schwächen gab es bei der Sauberkeit: Handtücher wurden nicht regelmäßig gewechselt und der Teppich war sichtbar verschmutzt. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr beengt und bot wenig Komfort. Insgesamt für kurze Aufenthalte noch akzeptabel, für mehrere Nächte aber nur bedingt empfehlenswert.”
