They were really helpful when trying to liase with tours or taxi drivers and to get sellers to leave us be! Fab location, the view of rhe pyramids was insane! "For a hotel that has only been open for 8 months they more than reached our expectations! Both the staff and hotel were amazing. There was nothing more we could have wanted as options for our breakfast and only steps away from the pyramids and the sphinx. The tour and guides they arranged for us were top notch. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"I had a problem with check in that was an Expedia issue .. however the mena house front desk staff went above and beyond to assist us and make us beyond comfortable .. we had connecting rooms with pyramid view .. the best view you could wish for .. this place is it .. the hotel grounds and everything was behind nice .. the was helpful in every way .. the best Egypt stay I have ever experienced .. I would return there in a heartbeat.. they front desk staff rescued my vacation. "
