"The Scandic Grand Central was in a great location for exploring Helsinki. It is right next to the main train station and close to tons of sights and restaurants. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was great. Our room was on the small side, but we signed up for the cheapest option, so that's to be expected."

Rooms are wonderful and I love the amenities. Used sauna every day. Also my son lives here and it was easy for us to use your social spaces to visit and chill. "

"Very clean and very convenient for the airport and the city centre! There is no on site restaurant for dinner and they suggest you go to clarion next door but the food court at the area is 3 minutes walk with a good choice of casual dining. "

"Moikka,kevät messuista selvitty ja perinteisesi majoitus holiday inn helsinkissä. Ilmoittauduimme meitä palveli huono suomi asiakas palvelija. Huioneemme oli neljännessä kerroksessa,ihan kÅYTÄVÄN päässä. Ensi kerralla, toivomme todellakin lähelle hissiä. Tuli ihan riittävästi käveltyä muutenkin messsuilla, aamupala oli todella runsas ja maukas. Pois lähtiessä TAAS huono suomi asiakaspalvelija oli paikalla. Ennen auton parkin hallissa sai maksaa siinä lähtiessä tiskillä mutta ei enään???? Kysyn miksi ??? Meille tuli ongelmia maksaessa. Kaupoista sen verran että tripla oli kivan lähellä.Toden näköisesti menemmekin sinne seuraavaksi, koska meille on erittäin täkeää että kun ollaan suomessa, niin silloin pääkieli on SUOMI ja sen ymmärtäminen (PUHUMINEN) ASIAKASPALVELIJALLA on oltava hallinassa. Huone oli todella siisti,mutta baarikaapin tyhjyys lähinnä huvitti. MIKSI PANKKIKORTTIA kopioidaan kirjautuessa, se jäi meille epä selväksi. Erittäin ikävä tunne varsinkin nyt kun niin paljon väärin käytöksiä.Tietoturvallisuus heikkenee. Mistä olen varma että se on pois nyt järjestelmästä ???? Mutta kaikkinensa positiivisin mielin kohti kesää..."

"was a bit disappointed. Good WiFi. Small room. Got overcharged multiple times by the staff at the bar. Ordered the same thing and it was charged multiple dollars higher everytime. $12 for a shot of vodka is legit robbery ! Next day. I got a drink at the bar around 1:45pm as well as two other people and was asking for another one and was told that the bar wasn’t open until 4pm. It was literally open prior to. Lmao. Wish I would have stayed somewhere else but I got this off TikTok. I’m so stupid I paid 20 plus for a long island ice tea that taste like juice. 17 dollars for a whisky sour that wasn’t even half way to the top. This is straight robbery. This bar robbed me. They thought I wouldn’t noticed. Everytime I would order a drink , they would add a dolllar and some change. I purposely ordered the same drink, just to see. And they charged me more everytime: please DO NOT AND IF YOU DO ORDER FROM THEM!! Check ya bank statements . I am a well travel person and all I can think about was wow, wow , wow , wow. They really are robbing people. Room was ok. Medium temperature. Small. Livable. No issues. Sauna was ok. Didn’t attend the pool. I would personally skip this hotel or even the city. Lastly. Hats off the chef. Every time it was delicious. The front staff were awesome. That’s why I won’t rate it low. Customer service is a must. "
