Key West, Florida hotel rooms at the Accor Hotels

"The king room next to/above pool was so comfortable. The only thing I would change are room darkening shades or blinds as the pool area lights stay on all night and light up the room. Breakfast was a nice added bonus to start the day!"

"Beachfront was very enjoyable but beach chairs were not available on the first two days of our stay but were available on our third and last day. We were disappointed since we had paid for beach access and had no chairs. 6"

"Wilner was great picking us up and dropping back off at the airport. Front desk, and Stevo were great. Rooms pretty clean, but the floors were a little dirty to walk around barefoot. Free coffee each morning....I missed it except for the last day. Very good coffee. There was construction on my floor, and I wish they would have moved us to a different floor or area as the hallway was dirty and cluttered. The pool was nice with great bar service and a great mix of music. Warm towels available. The bartenders were great. As the hotel is very far from the Duval Street action, Luann and Bob were great with the shuttle service to downtown! I wish drop-off was at a more convenient location. We had to take a lot of Ubers that were expensive. The cocktails were a little weak. The breakfast was good, but the rest of the food for the day unimpressive. I which there were a larger selection of souvenirs. The beach across the street is not that great as an FYI...not the hotels fault. One towel per person could be brought over to the beach. Don't be surprised to pay an additional $60 per night when checking out for hotel fees."

"We had a wonderful time. The property is beautiful and well maintained the two restaurants were great. I wish they would serve Bacardi at the bars and if you’d like outdoor space with your room book a patio room, which is right off the pool with nice comfortable chairs outside your room."

"I have spent several trips at property and it is a hidden gem amongst a commercial and mobile home neighborhood. They provide a shuttle into city that works for clients seeking dinner, offshore daily trips etc. Pools are nicely built each on backside of building, quiet, comfortable and surrounding a beautiful marina. There is a nice walkway along ocean on east side. The only issue I dealt with this time was condition of my room. 1st floor unit overlooking middle pool and marina. The carpet had a 6”x 6” wear hole, the window curtains were stained in several areas and bathroom plumbing was a challenge. Place seems, since my first visit, to be in need of upgrade and maintenance. Great staff all around, keep eye on tips for eatery it includes 18%? I usually leave 20% or more?"
