This location was perfect! It was close to everything but quiet as soon as you entered the grounds. Alexis was amazing and accommodating and the chef made delicious breakfasts each morning. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Coco Plum Inn is conveniently located one block away from Duval St. So it is more quiet, less traffic, but very close to all the restaurants, shops and activities of Old Town Key West.

Coco Plum Inn was an adorable little property to stay the night in Key West. Location was so convenient for walking to everything in old town, and staff was so nice and helpful! Room was small but very charming. Would definitely stay again if we’re blessed enough to revisit Key West!

Lovely but needs a little….
We stayed here as a couple for a short trip. Check-in was lovely, the room was up one flight, consider that there is no elevator so make sure you can carry your bag up the stairs. Pool was warm and we enjoyed it. The included breakfast is served in the garden. There is a different choice every day. You can view the cook inside the kitchen preparing your meal. And that’s necessarily not a good thing. Please, when sneezing and coughing wash your hands with soap. The water pressure is basically not existing. If you are a woman with long hair, I don’t know how you will get the shampoo out of your hair. The location is absolutely perfect. You are right in the middle of everything but also far enough from the noise. We would come back.

Amazing Stay
This place is awesome. Perfect location. Great staff and homemade breakfast each morning. Rooms are a bit tight, but other then that a perfect stay!!

Loved the property, staff and location. The bar next door was a little noisy until 1:00am, but it was no big deal. I would highly recommend this B and B. The home made breakfasts were awesome!! Will definitely stay again.

Fantastisk sted. Lige som et hotel på Key west skal være. Ligger spot on. Parkerings mulighed på den anden side af gaden til rimelig pris. Super hyggeligt , skøn lille pool og morgenmad på terrassen. Vi havde en dejlig oplevelse.

Great location and very nice staff especially front office. It was pricey for a small room it’s a faulty ceiling fan and loud air conditioning.

The Coco Plum is in a perfect location for walking to all parts of Key West. We were able to easily reach Mallory Square, DuVal Street and Truman's home. It also is far enough from the local bars to be quiet at night. The Inn also offers freshly made breakfasts that are delicious.

Coco Plum was located right where we wanted to stay next to the Green Parot. The room we had had a large balcony right on WhiteHead I enjoyed watching the sights.

Fantastic B+B!
The Coco Plum in was amazing! Quaint little bed and breakfast in a perfect location to walk to everything! Super helpful staff- we even ran into the chef while we were out and he recognized us and gave us tips for things to do around the island. We will absolutely return!

Loved this place! Very convenient location. Excellent breakfast included. Friendly staff. Clean room & property. Only negative is that bathroom was awkward. No room for getting ready because of round sink with no room for items. Had to put curling iron and makeup on toilet. Need more towel racks and another shelf in shower. Despite all this we would stay there again. Enjoyed our time there

Excellent Place to Stay
The room was clean and newly renovated with a wonderful new king size bed. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Great location, pool and breakfast.

Lovely place, great spot!
My husband & I had a lovely weekend in Key West. Coco Plum Inn was beautiful and quiet, lots of palm trees & orchids. The pool was nice but the water had a ton of chlorine. After 15min spent in the pool I went to rinse & have a shower and noticed the tip of my hair had turned green 😱 (luckily I washed it straight away and it faded quickly). The lady who welcomed us was absolutely wonderful! She was very sweet & she gave us lots of good info, especially where to rent a bike (around the corner). The room was very nice, the bed super comfy and big! Pillows and mattress were perfect for me. It would have been perfect if the shower had more pressure but apparently they’re working on it. The breakfast was very tasty (tortilla) and the chef was lovely too. Overall I would go back to Coco Plum!

Wonderful B&B!
We had an amazing stay at Coco Plum Inn for our anniversary! It was our first time staying at a B&B and we really weren’t sure what to expect, but the minute we arrived, we knew we’d love it! We were greeted by Alexis, who is so welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. Our king room was roomy, decorated nicely, and very clean and fresh with a fabulous porch to sit out on. The outside patio/pool area is gorgeous and we really enjoyed the pool, which was clean and refreshing with nice, large towels provided. Breakfast was delicious each morning and a great start to the day! We parked in the lot right across the street ($20/night) and never used our car once. We were able to walk anywhere we chose to go from Coco Plum’s convenient location to all things Key West! There are also reasonably priced scooter and golf cart rentals nearby if you choose. Throughout our two night stay, we noticed how Alexis and the rest of the staff work hard, quietly in the background, at keeping the entire place updated, beautiful, and clean. We could see they take great pride in what they each do at the inn. We loved our stay at Coco Plum Inn and will definitely be back when we return to fabulous Key West!!

The area of the property we stayed in had recently been renovated/updated and was very nice. Each room had an AC unit and mini fridge. Super friendly and helpful reception staff. Small pool was clean and towels were provided as well as ice and filtered water. Was a little nervous about noise prior to the stay because other reviewers made note that it was next to the Green Parrot, but we couldn't hear anything! Very quiet in the rooms and on the property after hours. Very centrally located to anything you'd want to see in Key West.

I was a little concerned about the noise being in Room 1 right next to Green Parrot Liquor store and two short doors down from The Green Parrot. We were home relatively late and final band goes on at 11p. Surprised we had a decent night sleep for 3 nights. Pool was a great mid day break from the Hades hot summer hear. Very walkable. Would stay here again if rates remain reasonable. Breakfast was a nice bonus. All good meals

We were really impressed & celebrating our engagement until we discovered our room had bed bugs. Then, it went down hill. It was 7pm so no one was on the property. Called the emergency number who was almost annoyed that we called. We ended up having to move to a different hotel, a mile away. Paid for an Uber. We didn’t get an apology, an offer for anything else. Basically told at the other hotel (we were only staying one night) that check out is at 11am.
