"The Best Hotel in Key West 10 stars!!!!"

"The property appears to be newly renovated however it was not done well. Large gaps under the doors. Clear caulk around gaps to seal around through wall AC allowing light to shine in. Deadbolt nonfunctional due to mis-hung door. No towel hooks in bathroom. In our room the AC was set to a function that caused sporadic on off timing that will wake you up. The complementary breakfast needs help. It is very evident it was all store bought and cheaply done. I would suggest having the French Bistro help with some ideas to improve the offering and presentation. Same for afternoon cheese and wine, needs help if it is going to make an impact on the guests. Space is very convenient and has character. Would also suggest a Frose or other frozen beverages at the pool to help drive revenue and lift the atmosphere. The property grounds also need’s to be better maintained by just picking up trash off the ground. Morning dining staff could be more pleasant also."

"The room was great, extremely clean and spacious! The master bathroom was amazingly large with two shower heads. The pool is beautiful and heated. Hot tub is also very nice! All staff is very nice and helpful! Highly recommend and plan on returning. "

"We stayed for one night so we didn't use the pool but it looked very nice. We had a beachfront room and the view was fabulous!! The room was spacious enough. The room amenities were a little sparse with only three cups and a very tiny bar of soap for both of us to share. Having said that it doesn't change our opinion about the room or hotel. The turtles and parrot were very cool. The restaurant was fine. Food was good. The included breakfast was fresh and plentiful. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a unique property that is close to downtown Key West."

"Even though the airport shuts down at night, we were not informed of how close we were to the airport. Understand that this is not a standard hotel. So cleaning etc. will not be imposed on you everyday. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. It’s still a very nice property. Pool, bar activities are all located next to each other.Staff was friendly. Not beach property if that’s important to you, but just 3 minutes away is a nice beach. Two very nice restaurants are walking distance from the residence.Plenty of birds and lizards to keep you company ."
