"First, let me say how amazing the staff was. Everyone we encountered was so friendly and helpful. The room and beds were updated and comfortable. It was nice to have 3 pool options, each with its own vibe. Unfortanitly, the sargassum was so bad, it made the beach inaccessible. The overwhelming smell was everywhere on the east side and couldn't be escaped. That's just nature and had nothing to do with the hotel; however, it would have been nice to know ahead of time. The front desk forgot to give us the free drink tickets, food credits, and a bottle of wine at check-in, so I had to go back to ask for them. The lady who assisted us with our bike and golf cart rental was a 6 out of 5. Truly the best! We would definitely come back, but would check for the sargassum before."
