“Our welcome at the reception was ice-cold no one smiled, slow check-in, we reached exactly on time but rooms weren't ready. When the 2 rooms were allotted (we were 4 family members with a toddler) it was on different floors which was very inconvenient. However, one of the senior receptionist proved to be helpful throughout with driver and some fake police issues. Rooms were sufficiently large and comfortable but linen were not exactly clean.
