I was on a work stay for 10 days and I had a lot of problems with their staff not understanding English and the wifi didn't work. The first 3 days I didn't have any hot water, they did fix it asap. "Very outdated “5 star” hotel. Everything appears clean, but it feels dirty due yo how everything has aged. Facilities are in dire need of a renovation. Our first room had some electrical issues, in which loud buzzing was heard when certain lights were on. It also had old wooden floors that creaked, as did the room over us causing so much noise that we required a room change to the top floor. The next room had the same electrical sounds and issues. The room was carpets, so there was no creaking...
