"Our experience at Gabala 7 Gozel Hotel was very disappointing. We checked in at 14:00 as scheduled, but our room was not ready, and we had to wait around 30 minutes.
The service at the café near the pool was also terrible. Orders were forgotten, and we constantly had to go back and remind the staff about items we had already requested.
During checkout, we were unexpectedly told that we had a "debt" to the restaurant, even though we had already paid for everything. This caused another unnecessary delay while they tried to sort it out.
The room cleaning service was also below standard — our room wasn’t cleaned at all on the second day, despite us being out for most of it.
Overall, I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. Poor service, lack of organization, and cleanliness issues made it a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend it to others."
