"The property is very nice, with well-maintained grounds. The pool area is especially inviting and provides a pleasant place to relax. The location is convenient to many Naples attractions, and parking is good. Our room was on the interior rather than facing outside, which we liked. The room itself was modern and minimalist. The bathroom sink, however, was the raised, vessel-style design that sits on top of the counter. Unless you are quite tall, it is not particularly comfortable to use. There were also too few hangers in the closet, and the in-room safe did not work because it appeared to be locked out. We booked a room with a refrigerator and microwave, which I would definitely recommend. Not every room has a microwave, and having one is convenient for making oatmeal or hot tea without having to go out. Unfortunately, the microwave's turntable did not rotate consistently, which affected cooking our oatmeal. Hopefully, that will be repaired. Breakfast is not included. Coffee is available, but it was not worth the effort. Housekeeping is by request, which appears to be a common post-COVID practice. The property is smoke-free, with smoking restricted to the back area. Unfortunately, some guests ignored the rules and smoked near the building. The clientele seems to be a mix of people, which seems to happen these days."
