The staff is wonderful. We were there for our anniversary and we got complimentary upgrade to executive room, complimentary chocolate dipped strawberry to make it more special. The resort itself is magnificent, the pools are splendid. They have thier own cove which is great to snorkel. We also get to watch the whales from the infinity pool.

The staff was wonderful and did everything that they could to accommodate the people that they had. There was less than optimal seating for everyone. We put our names in for a chair at 7:20 AM and didn't get a call to say that there could potentially be a seat for us until 4 PM that day at the adult pool when we were eating at Como sushi there were bins of trash going by which wasn't more than less than a healing at least.
